Supplies
• Scarf or ribbon
• Floral foam
• Lollipops
• Foam stickers
• Large plastic cup
• Glue gun
• Small Mylar balloon
• Wire cutter/scissors
• Chocolates
• Small candies

All of the items used were from DollarTree. The only thing I didn’t buy there were the chocolates.
